Awesome customer service! They are a small shop with lots of exotic rifles and handguns. Usually about 15 to 20 people waiting in line, about 3 to 4 workers. It does take a while, but some of the customers ask questions they can get answers to online.. do your research before going to any gun store. Know what a pistol grip is.. it's the customers that take up all the time. I bought a few rifles here and the workers are wonderful! Very professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. They make sure the guns they sell are in pristine condition. They don't let you dry fire because they protect the guns for the future owners. Come here and be in awe of one amazing local gun shop!

It's funny the ridiculousness that people post. This place has the best deals on many firearms compared to other establishments in town. When people say they are waiting long they fail to realize that this small shop has maybe 3-4 people tops, running the counters when I have gone in and usually about 10-15 customers asking for help all at once. Sometimes it takes a little while to get help because most of those 10-15 customers are buying firearms on the spot, which mean paperwork and that takes time.people are always nice when I have gone in and they try and help everyone as fast as possible. I feel they have good customer service and great prices.. if you don't have the patience to wait a few minutes , look at the news and understand why you are waiting longer than usual.

RUDE, UNHELPFUL, OVER PRICED , WILL MAKE UNPROFESSIONAL COMMENTS ABOUT YOU AND OTHERS IN THE SMALL STUFFY ODD SMELLING STORE. I WAS THERE WHEN A WORKER (WITH A SKINNY CHENBEARD THING) BYPASSED A HISPANIC MALE WHO WAS WAITING IN LINE TO BE HELPED AND HELP A NON HISPANIC MALE. I WAS SHOCKED! JUST OUT RIGHT DIDN'T WANT TO HELP HIM. WHEN THAT MALE LEFT SINCE NO ONE WOULD HELP HIM. THE WORKER TOLD THE CUSTOMER HE WAS HELPING "HA,HA, LET THE MEXICANS BUY THIER GUNS OFF THE STREET " .. WHAT !! I CAN'T BELIEVE I HEARD THAT. I DON'T SUPPORT RACISM SO I WALKED OUT... EMBARRASSING TO THE HUMAN RACE. I AND ANYONE I KNOW WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered something online from PRK over a week ago....order still pending. The contact number listed just rings and rings, unable to leave message. Tried emailing them twice and still have no response. I will NEVER order from them again nor recommend them to anyone. ~very dissatisfied!!
