Provided by YP.comBuyer Beware! If you like to be treated rudely, the smell of mold, having your jewelry lost, being told to come back another day when you have travelled 35 miles one way to pick up your jewelry, being lied to, threated with police arrest and generally have a bad experience then you are welcome to visit this store.
After dropping off a new anniversary band to be resized I was told that my ring would be ready in two days. Imagine my surprise when I returned some two weeks later, claim check in hand, to pick up my ring and was asked in a surly manner by the clerk if I had received a call telling me my ring was done. No, I assumed since the time frame given was two days, two weeks later the work would be completed. Well, the surly clerk looked around and couldn't find my ring! She asked if I could return the following day.No, I just travelled 35 miles to get there and needed my ring as my husband had asked me several times when I would have it back.
She acted like it was a real stretch for her as she let out a big sigh and made a face when asked if she could please call him to find out where my ring was. Imagine that! It was terrible trouble to ask her to make a phone call but I was supposed to drive 70 miles round trip and return the next day! She finally called Mr. Weiner after I begged her to do so and then he got on the phone only to give me the same song and dance about having been on holiday and not knowing where my ring was since he was at home. I left without my ring and angry as hell since now I had to explain to my husband about his anniversay gift to me being lost.
Mr. Weiner called me later that day and left a voicemail to announce that he had found my ring and to tell me he was sorry and that the ring sizing would be no charge. He also stated tersely that he hoped I was in a better mood when I returned as if he and his business practices were not the cause for my being unhappy!
Imagine my surprise when I returned to the store only to be asked by Mr. Weiner if I had something to say to him. Since I happened to return on my birthday I in no way wanted to get into it with him and I simply stated "no". He then stated that he has something to say to me at which point I suggested he keep it to himself and just wanted my ring. Well, I guess he has such a huge ego he felt that he should tell me off since I was angry upon leaving without my ring two days before. He then proceeded to tell me that I owed him for having the ring sized, now remember he had left a voice mail to tell me it was no charge! I told him that I would have to go get my checkbook and he stated that he would only accept cash. At that point I just wanted to get out of there with my ring so I pulled out my only cash which was earmarked for gas and asked him again for my ring. He still would not give it to me at which point I told him I would be calling the police. He then replied that he should call the police because I had assaulted his clerk. This was the biggest lie to date as I have never assaulted anyone in my life and I guess in his Weiner mind setting the phone down too hard two days prior was equivalent to assault. I told Mr. Weinerhead that he wouldn't be happy when I reviewed his business on the internet and he tried to threaten me with slander which of course everyone knows it's not slander if it's true! At this point I guess Mr. Weinerhead got tired of his game and gave me my ring.
