Never do business with them. Their product was never correctly installed. The salt in the water corroded our pipes so we had to replumb the whole house. My husband's blood tests for salt have been consistently high, and he has heart disease even though we had a filter to remove that salt. They had a good manager a few years ago that helped us, but now they are just interested in making money. Compared to services from other independent people, their prices are about 50% higher.
