Terrible Customer Service

The employees at Smith and Co are horrendous. After losing my brothers appointment they hung up on my mother and myself at twice. When trying to solve the problem we were told they didn't have "time" for our situation and began cursing telling us to step outside. They were so rude and just horrible to my mother. The owners wife is crazy, they just want to double charge people and jip you for your money. They were out right disrespectful and had no concern to help the customers.

Unfair practices

This studio is unfair with their pricing, as they charge a late fee on a weekly basis, they also charge on top of the late fee, they charge a default fee, and a storage fee which they say is on their contract but they don't inform a person about it. Yes, we were to read the contract, but they were in a hurry to take pictures of other students. This is unfair and this is very poor business practice. I will never recommend this studio to anyone and I will let the schools know about their business practices.
