I wish there was a no star rating. This is truly the most unethical company I have ever done business with. When I signed up with them, my contract stated I would be charged 152 per month. Their fine print says they can raise the rate with no notification. That should have been a red flag. I was never once charged 152 a month. My first month bils was 160 and it went up almost every month from there with no explanation, nothing. They automatically renew contract with no notification. When I tried to cancel, they told me I had to pay the remainder of the contract amount but not the 152 per month I signed up for. Three years later it has more than doubled to $384 per month and that is what they want to charge for cancellation. Furious to say the least. All their customer service people will say is "I'm sorry you feel this way." Raising rates over 100% and your shocked I'm angry. I discovered that they have a class action lawsuit brewing against them for unfair rate increases. I have already looked into joining. All of this and my medical office only gets every other month pick up. They are supposed to pick up 2 containers but my driver has told me if I can't fit it all into one, I will get charged extra.
I would not recommend this unethical business to my worst enemy. My advice is to read all of the fine print of their unethical contract and insist on getting a price lock on a contract and not agreeing to any price increases. One would assume a reasonable price increase but not 10% every few months. Buyer beware this company has no problem taking your money and treating you like you're stupid when you call to complain.
