i took my family to teazer feb. 20, 2014 at 1:00pm. there was two employees at that time. both are so rude in approaching and dealing with us. they told me that i have to buy tea first before i can use the restroom. then proceeded on instructing me on how to use their doors in opening which is so ridiculous. i don't know what they are thinking by doing this but i was so surprised.



we are not greeted, no smiles, and when we placed our orders i asked if what are the sizes available the cashier without any explanation about the sizes just pointed at the cups and said "it's right there!" i told them how rude she was and that their service sucks!



too bad i come here two to three times a week bringing my friends and family but after these experience i don't think i'm coming back.

Teazers is a very quiet place but very good tea if you really love tea there are so many choices for everyone
