I love love LOVE the location! It's close to major shopping areas and any easy commute to any where else you need to be in Fresno as it is very close to freeway 41. The grounds are very well kept and the buildings in very good repair. The office staff is friendly and helpful. And any problems with maintenance are quickly fixed by the crew. I would deffinatly recomend this to any one looking to relocate.

While looking for apartments in the North Fresno Area, I looked into Terrace View. the office staff is professional and courteous. there is a first-month credit for moving-in. apartments are well-planned, with floorplans ranging from one-bedroom apartment to two-bedroom townhouse. three pools, use of tennis courts, and available Party Room. Aerial Antenna hookups are installed next to Cable outlet. some plans include washer/dryer hookups. Short drive or comfortable walk to River Park area, but much new development West of complex.
