I am amazed by Jack and his staff! I am planning my wedding in a different state and having problems finding a good tux shop. On a busy weekend afternoon, Jack took the time to sit down with me for about 45 mins and helped me to understand what I should be looking for in a tux shop. He even found a couple online and explained which ones worked for me and which ones did not. He did not stand to profit from me, but still gave me the best "customer" service I have ever experienced, right at the time when I needed it the most and was about to crack under wedding pressure. I am not sure I can even call it "customer" service since we are not customers, but it was the best! Thank you so much for that Jack! I will tell everyone I know about your amazing shop and 5-star service along with a great sense of humor.
