Horrible service. All workers have bad attitudes

I think this Bus Service should assist more, I have called several times and spoken with Marisol (clerk) and she's always telling me that she's too busy to call back later. I am concerned because my dad who is 83 years old is traveling in one of your buses and I explained to her to please let me know the departure and arrival time. I have been very polite to her and she has been very rude. I assure you that this will be the last time that we use your services and I know people who use your services and I will coment to them the situation. PLEASE HIRE PEOPLE 'S PERSON WITH GOOD ATTITUDE AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE SENIORS. THEY NEED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WE THE CUSTOMERS MAKE THEIR CHECK!!!!!
