I am telling everyone to take a moment and read this please it will save you from one of the worst mistakes ever!!!!

My family and rented from this company and

Rent is $650.00

Deposit $650.00

Deposit for bad credit for one person is $650.00

Pet deposit if allowed $500 a pet

Total $2.450.00 to move in



Now with putting so much money into this home you would think we would get the issues with the home fixed in a timely manner. NOPE this is NOT TRUE nothing has been fixed. Landlord Eunice will show up unannounced breaking the contract by not giving a 24 hour notice to tenant. Then she will complain about everything by yelling at you; simply very unprofessional. Her partner is named Alisha, and frankly she is the voice of reasoning and is the only professional one; unfortunately she is not the boss. If you are told anything about the place before moving in PLEASE make sure it is in your contract before you sign. If you made a HUGE mistake by moving in with them and hate it you can break your contract and receive a full refund by reading California tenant guide lines, but you really need to know you stuff to make it happen.
