I booked a moonwalk a month before my daughter's 7th birthday party. The day of the party, I emailed asking about rain. I received an email back saying "if it's raining, we can not drop off the moonwalk, but if it rains after we drop it off, there's no refund" okay, that's fine. We kept an eye on the weather and I emailed back saying that if it was raining by 1:00 (2 hours before) that we would cancel. She relied back that sounds great and they'd keep an eye out too. Supposed to doe off at the park between 2:15-2:30, she emailed me back after I said we were doing the party, and said they would pack up now and come, but it would closer to 3. No problem! That's fine with me, party starts at 3 but that's okay. Fast forward to 3:00, I'm checking my email and see that she emailed me after at 2:50 and said "unfortunately we will not be delivering the moonwalk. The owner sent home the drivers due to the weather" ....it was gloomy, but not raining. I tried to call SEVERAL times and she did not answer. I emailed back asking of possibly we could pick it up. Called several more time and NO answer. I will NEVER use this company again. I'm disgusted that she was not even professional enough to talk to me over the phone.
