I've been wearing glasses since I was 8 (33 now), and due to a severe stigmatixm I've never been able to find a pair of contacts that would work for me. My vision was never very good, my eyes would dry out, the contacts would pop out and overall it was an epic fail (especially the optomotrist that suggested I try hard contacts). I tried Eye Care Center and Dr Kraupa was able to put me into a pair of contacts that I have great vision in, don't dry out or pop out and they're very comfortable! The staff has been great and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I was given a prolonged treatment date because of a policy granted by the State of Minnesota (so I was told by the manager Michelle) that this company could go against HIPAA laws by collecting peoples insurance information and putting them into a discriminatory group.Apparently 60% of American`s carry my kind of inshurance and do not follow through with making it in to their appointments.So my health treatment is legally prolonged because of a statistical data collection.I felt totally discriminated against.The manager apologized many times and offered me treatment the next day this one time,I turned her down in protest to all the other patients that had treatment delayed because of what to me felt like discrimination and unworthy of treatment.At the end of the conversation she made me well aware that they do charity`s for poor people.How would that make you feel?

I had to visit a different eye care provider due to insurance reasons. I quickly came to realize that I'd pay out of pocket or extra to go there. They are very thorough and are excellent at providing service. Dr. Nauman never keeps me waiting - out of habit I always bring a magazine into the exam room, but never get a chance to read it.

I have been going to the Eye Care Center in Fridley, MN for about 3 years now. Each and everytime I walk into this clinic I get a sense of friendship. They are not there to sell you something you don't need or don't want. They are there to help! Over the years I have been searching for new glasses and they have the best selection--check out their amazing sales (back to school, end of the year blow out, or other's throughout the year)! Every time I wear my glasses I get loads of compliments on my eyewear! The eyewear staff is friendly, knowledgable, and understanding! When it comes to the doctors, techs, and front desk staff--I can't explain how amazing they are! I have server allergies in my eyes and all I have to do is call, the doctors will stay late for me. They work around my schedule...who does that?!!! Amazing! All in all I continue to recommend friends, family, and people who compliment me on my eye wear to the Eye Care Centers...they have all been happy there as well!!! Tha

I tried the Eye Care Center after a couple of friends recommended it and I was really, really happy I did. The people there are just great and made me feel so welcomed and the doctors are so thorough and friendly. I was expecting their eyeglass prices to be really expensive because the office is so beautiful, but they had a wide range of prices (even budget stuff for around $100 for decent quality frame and lens). I ended up with glasses I love and I get compliments on them all the time. Very Happy with this place!

I am very happy going to this clinic! They are very professional and the clinic is very clean. The doctors are really thorough with their exams and I've never felt rushed.I would recommend this clinic = )

I was under another (worse) vision plan and paid to visit this establishment out of pocket. It's worth it. They don't keep you waiting, staff are professional, and eyewear is top-quality. I recommend them highly. Even if you may have to pay a higher deductible, go there. Just do it; you won't regret it.

I love my glasses and sunglasses I purchased from the Eye Care Center. There selection is ecxellent and the exam was precise. I would recommend them to all.
