HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, don't waste your time or money. Beware, Dr. Duy-Liem Nguyen also works at Willowbrook Dental as well.

He did my general cleaning himself and was extremely rough with my gums. When I asked him if he could be more gentle, he stopped with an attitude and said, "if I was being rough, wouldn't I be yanking your head from side to side?!" Then proceeded with no mercy. So unprofessional.

I went to another local dentist THE NEXT DAY and they were horrified that I had a "cleaning" the day before, and yet there was plaque left on my teeth visible to the naked eye that they documented with xrays, digital, and ACTUAL photos!!!

When I contacted Baybrook Dental to rectify the situation, Claire, the receptionist, talked to me about a refund for the cleaning. It's been several weeks and I'm still waiting. Then, the only phone number answers as a fax machine. I have no idea what is going on.

Next stop may have to be the Better Business Bureau.

STAY AWAY! THIS OFFICE PRACTICE FRAUDULENT BILLING! LUCKILY I'M IN THE INSURANCE FIELD OR I WOULD NEVER HAVE CAUGHT IT. THEY WERE ORDERED TO REIMBURSEME ME BY MY INSURANCE CARRIER, THEN THEY BUILD MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR SERVICES I DIDN'T HAVE! I HAD TO FILE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS INCLUDING THE DENTAL BOARD. MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY TREATED MY MOM WHILE HER BLOOD PRESSURE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH (INJECTING HER WITH ANESTHESIA). THEY ARE CURRENTLY BEING INVESTIGATED! STAY AWAY!!!
