Very professional and therapeutic when it comes to a deep tissue massage. John always knows exactly where the problem is and gives me immediate relief when I'm in severe neck and back pain.

Great experience! I brought my daughter for her first massage and she loved it. I have been going to Bergamos for years and I always enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff!

Good experience overall. I had aromatherapy mani and pedi plus eyebrow wax. The nail appointment did take a long time, but she did a nice job. The name "Aromatherapy Mani/Pedi" is somewhat misleading. It was just a basic mani/pedi, so I think it's a little overpriced.

Great spa with great amenities like whirlpool tub and sauna. I love Donna for Facials, and John for massages.

The spa itself is very nice with a relaxing environment. However, when I went to get my nails done, it took forever! Not only did it take forever, you would think that they would dry your nails properly because it took so long-I mean hours! When I got into my car, my nail polish got messed up, so I went back in, and they did fix it. However, because they were in a hurry, before I even walked out they were messed up again. I didn't want to go back for a 3rd time, so I just came home and redid them myself. I will not be going there for nails again. The massages are okay, and the ambiance is great-with hot tubs and steam rooms. It is the nail place that doesn't live up to the expectation of the rest of the spa.
