Provided by YPmobileVet gave us no attention just prescribed pain meds and charged us lots of money. He gave us no instruction didn't tell us what to expect I had nothing. My dog ended up paralyzed and I had to take her to another Vet.

Provided by YP.comI went to their website and they offered a coupon for a free health exam for new clients (not valid towards: prescriptions, non-prescriptions medications and retail item). After I applied for the coupon, they called me to notify me that the coupon doesn't apply on Sundays and the exam would cost $55. They pulled a bait and switch sales tactic on me. From the other reviews I have read, beware of them trying to charge you for prescription fees or other product and services that you don't want or need.

Provided by YPmobileStaff made my dog sick! 3 times in the past year Dr. K has had TOTAL replacement of entire staff and quality of care has gotten bad! Dr. K is a good doctor but his current staff is horrible! Had to take my dog to another vet practice to be treated w/ meds after boarding my dog there for 1 week! Current Staff is unprofessional, inept and rude.

Provided by YP.comI am very please with the treatment I received from Citi. I had just purchased my 6wk dobie puppy and as soon as I got her home she began to have severe loose bowels and seemed to be getting worse by the hour. It was on Sunday and not a single vet was available... until I found Citi. They were able to take me in right away and were very compassionate about my situation. I thought my pup might have had parvo but after testing it turned out she had a bacterial infection. Dr. Koothan was very helpful and his assistant Susan was very sweet and kind to my baby. They gave me all the items I needed and now my little girl is feeling much better. As far as price... I am a strong believer in fair pricing but also in doing what is needed to make your dog well again. Dr. Koothan and Susan did a great job and even followed up to see how my little girl was doing. The vet visit was fair in price and the office was very clean. I would recommend CAH to anyone. :)

Provided by YP.comStaff is very friendly and have caring attitude toward your pets. It was my first visit there but I will not be coming back for a couple of reasons. My dog had diarrhea so I called Saturday morning saying I planned to come in around 4:30pm (they closed at 5pm) because I didnt get off work until 4pm, and the receptionist told me nicely that there's a possibility that they will have to turn me away and I will have to go to an emergency clinic if I come that late. So I made an appointment for midday during my lunch break, thinking I made an appointment so it shouldnt take too long. Well, I ended up waiting for 40 minutes before going into the room and an additional 20 minutes to be seen by the vet, because there was only 1 vet working. He prescribed an antibiotic which I thought would be for dogs only. When I saw the pills were human medication (metronidazole 250mg tablets) I ask if I could get a prescription instead because I can get it alot cheaper than $12 for 7 pills at my pharmacy I work at. The receptionist went to ask the vet and came back saying a written prescription will cost $9! What? I've never heard of a prescription writing fee! But I accepted their pills anyways because I didnt want to be difficult since they already bottled it up and cut the pills for me. Plus, after I left I noticed my receipt showed they waived the $39 office visit fee. I dont know why..maybe for first time visitors? I give this place thumbs down based on the prescription writing fee alone. It makes one skeptical about their business practices. I speculate that the vet didnt feel like writing an rx and returning his pills so he slapped on a charge as a deterrent, and also the receptionist seemed pretty competent with paperwork when he took my dogs stats earlier, wouldnt he know about this fee without asking?

Provided by YP.comThe Vet is by far the most affordable, and friendly place I have ever been to. I love Dr. Koothan, he was able to help my Dog Miss Moo, whose eye popped out and had been incorrectly popped back in by The Emergency Animal Hospital on I-45 and Edgebrook. Dr. Koothan removed her eye due to extreme infection caused by the bad surgery at the other hospital and she has been fine ever since. His rate was very affordable and I go in every few months to get flea treatments and he always asks about her and my daughter. Very genuine and very friendsly and knowledgeable. Highly reccommend this place to EVERYONE!
