I was there after Black Friday. I guess I was on the "wrong side of the store" because I received absolutely no service. Upon hunting down someone that would help me, another lady there left - after she said she had waited for 30 minutes with no help. Did I not look like I had money to spend? There were other ladies (customers) there dressed to the nines, and they received plenty of service. One bride had 4 "consultants" while the hispanic lady and I waited with NO service. This was followed by me hunting someone down to ask for a smaller size in a dress. My daughter stayed in one dress for over 30 minutes while I was waiting for the smaller size. 25 minutes later, I saw the consultant and asked for the smaller dress. She said "Oh, we don't have it any smaller. Are you ready to buy that one" as she pointed to the one my daughter had been standing in. I finally hunted down someone else, got help with the dress and shoes, and left the store to buy the dress elsewhere. Long story short, the dress was ONLY at this store or Atlanta, GA. So I had to buy it here, and went back today to get it.



My daughter loved the gown, so Yes, despite the service, I bought the dress and shoes. I really wish the dress had been available at another David's Bridal - because of course - the dress she wanted was labeled "Made Exclusively for David's Bridal."
