A new face in management has improved this already good business. Adrian the new manager is very customer-centric. He is professional, knowledgeable and treats customers well. Everyone pulls together to get the job done right.

Today was a rough one. Had bought a truck for our youngest son and it had been sitting about 3 weeks. Drove it about a mile and the alternator went out. AAA recommended this place and there it went on a tow truck. Within just a little bit I had a call from Dean. He was very nice and I explained everything that went wrong. We both knew what it was. I explained to them it was a gift for our son and I had to pick up another vehicle for our daughter. They were going to be given at the same time. They not only stopped everything or atleast it seemed but they fixed his truck and everything went off without any problems. My son is one happy camper with his first vehicle thank you to everyone at this shop who made wonderful memories for our son.

The front bracket in my HHR came off. I took the car to this shop. They got it fixed in 15 min. And guess what...they did not charge me. It's great service. For sure, I will be back when my car really breaks.

These guys are amazing. I went in to get a mistake fixed that was made by another auto shop. I told them my prpblem they said they would take care of it and they did. Also they said my problem was a common rookie error and they had me in and out in 30 munutes. I even went there based on a recommendationfrom some one else. Didn't have any problems with price either.

Very Dishonest and Overpriced...My review is based on several experiences involving 2 cars. My story is a long one, but suffice it to say that in my opinion you can not trust the information that this company gives you, and you will be charged a very high price for work that may or may not be needed. According to management, "they have plenty of business", and were not concerned with my complaint. A company with this attitude towards customer service is certainly not a place where your money will be well spent. They blatantly lied to us on several occasions, and after personally losing a significant amount of money and time here, I hope that I can spare someone else the same problems.
