The first time I went there it was great. I'm a patient person. I don't mind waiting or rude people but the manager and seamstress of this place pushed. They were so rude I couldn't believe it. If your that unhappy you shouldn't be working there. Go do something else that didn't have to do with you working with people. Just wow.

Okay, so they have a big selection of dresses, but the customer service is a little lacking at times. I have purchased 3 dresses from here, and the customer service depends on who is working that day. Sometimes, the staff is rude and cold, but sometimes they are okay. I would definitely suggest going to the Impression Bridal store in downtown Houston. I purchased my most recent dress from there. They don't have as many dresses in stock, but they are much nicer people.
