I called a month back and asked for my disc because they found something so naturally I mad an appointment with another clinic just to make sure the front desk girl was distant on the phone. I have worked at clinic and I know how to speak with patient. I have yet to hear from the tech or the front desk she claims she took my name and number but it also took them forever to give me my results of my mammogram. Either hire better staff or at least really train your staff on take make pts feel like they are being cared for
