My IT People was founded in 2011 by Jody Bellamy. We provide managed IT services for small to medium sized businesses. We also provide consulting, free site surveys, and education for the oil and gas industry and those in the medical field. We even provide digital media services including social media campaigns, website design, domain hosting and more. Our products and services include but are not limited to: back office support, server support, security solutions, network solutions, data backup and recovery, disaster recovery, antivirus and malware removal and prevention, virtualization, PC optimization, and digital media services. How are we different than other IT companies? We are different in many aspects. Some of the ways we are different include: we provide very personal and hands on attention, we do not outsource anything and everything is done by our technicians either on site or in our office, we provide free site surveys, and we have a 24 hour help desk that allows for the client to ask questions and to keep track of the progress on their machines. We have certified technicians: Microsoft, CompTia, HIPAA, and TWIC. How do you know we will do the job and do it well? Again, our staff is highly trained and certified in their respective fields, achieving a new certification every quarter. If something is not to the clients satisfaction the owner himself will personally come to visit the client and make things right. We dont leave anyone unhappy with our services as we do depend on referrals for much of our business. We have been featured in the November edition (page 29) of Bay Area Houston Magazine! The mission of My IT People is to provide customer service, continuously be well-versed in the hardware and software options of ever changing IT technology, and to keep their clients up to date on compliance and security software. The owner, Jody Bellamy, has worked primarily in the oil and gas industry as a technical project manager and network administrator. Jody has participated in many large enterprise divestment projects for fortune 500 companies. Jody and My IT People have been featured in magazines such as Bay Area Houston Magazine and Best Practices. You need technicians that have expertise handling the devices that can literally control whether your business is open, closed, or OUT OF BUSINESS!! We ARE those technicians.
