Worst customer service I have seen in a very long time. My family ordered a Pizza this evening at 7:00 and were told our order would arrive in a little after 9:00. Two hours for a simple pizza? We went ahead with the order thinking well, seems long but it is a holiday so ok...It is now 10:44 and still no pizza. I have made four phone calls to customer service and each time was told that I would receive a return call from the Friendswood Locations manager. No call.... How busy can they be at 10:44 on a Monday night? Family all gone to bed and not so much a courtesy call to advise us to make other arrangements for food. I hope the owner's of this franchise are aware of what poor service this store manager and its Corporate Customer service department are providing.

There are plenty of Pizza choices out there with a better product and superior service...

Placed an order online for a pizza at 12:00 and they wont deliver until 2:30.

12/17/2011 just order the family meal special. $28.... Got me 2 medium 1 topping each, 6 cheese sticks, 10 wings... So damn good.....
