Provided by YPmobileThey did a great job of detailing inside of my daughter's car and cleaning the fabric surfaces. It looks like new. They were very courteous and price was reasonable. I plan to go back for future detailing.

Provided by YP.com"WARNING!!!!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO VICTORY CIRCLE CAR WASH !"...(Location-->FRIENDSWOOD,Texas).My complaint is on damage.as well as their response after it occurred. I started taking my vehicle to this location last year..and noticed little things that would take place..And didn't think much of it and just had whatever the issue may be corrected...
Victory circle was usually my option. From time to time I'd have to remind them to place the scented tabs on the floor.or wipe this and at times clean that!!??!!.That is if you pay for a service you should receive it ?? There was an instance when I received my vehicle it had the scent of dirty socks and sweat,I was told by the manager that it was my fault and that if i needed some deodorizer that he would do it. I was completely irritated by his take on where the scent came from..I explained to him that when I brought my vehicle it had a fresh scent to it , and How dare you try and blame the customer for something that your staff has done. He apologized..sprayed the deodorizer..
I have purchased a vehicle as of late April 2012. I had taken it to this very same location and noted when getting ready to leave my antennae was left off. I returned was told"No,we don't have it...I was very upset and told them that my antennae will be produced ..after some time It was later produced..
you would think that i learned my lesson...RIGHT!!!NO...
Well this past weekend i took it in and now I'm currently working on the complaint process. And as of now started the process with BBB.
I took my vehicle in and sat in the front of the building so that I could watch the process.
once it was pulled through I noticed my windshield wiper on my Gate was bent and twisted with black smudge marks on the tape. I spoke with the manager and his response was we will order the part and replace it. I thought that was the end when i opened my door the cover on the side of my seat was hanging forward the technician proceeded to tell me that we have new vehicles here as well and they have no problems i explained to him that i did not want to hear about other vehicles and that i wanted to hear about my vehicle and why it was damaged and what will be done about it. Manager returned..I showed him the seat cover he had the audacity to say that its from wear and tear I explained to him that my vehicle is new and that when i brought it in it didn't look this way he says :"Well there is nothing, that i can do about it!!! as he was pulling on the broken covering a huge piece fell to the floor he walked away with a "smirk" on his face. i told him that I was going to call the police in which i did the friends wood police arrived as well as a witness to state how my vehicle looked before i brought it in..I was told to begin legal proceedings...As of today they have not called to repair my vehicle.

Provided by YP.comI had my last oil change serviced there. Months later, my car died on the side of the road (immediately). Turns out it was due to an uncorked drainage cap when I had my oil changed. The first guy I called agreed that it was their fault but when I told him that I would need an entirely new engine, he told me he had to call his supervisor. His supervisor called me, they sent out an auditor, agreed it was their fault and told me they would submit it to their insurance. After a week of getting jerked around (even though I wasn't really worried because I had confirmation that it THEIR fault), their insurance DENIED me because of the fine print on all of their oil receipts about insisting that you stop operation of a vehicle if the oil light comes on, otherwise the warranty is null and void. It's a BS clause that doesn't excuse them from the negligence of their employees. By the way, they had fired that employee that apparently has had many complaints. Their mechanics are not certified and trained on the spot by unlicensed, non-certified mechanics. Also, when my mom took my car in initially for the oil change, they told her they could only give her the most expensive oil change they had because in their entire facility, that was the only oil they had left! She went ahead with the service because she was actually conducting a secret shop. Now they won't even talk to me, as I've tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves before going to a lawyer. The fact that they admitted guilt and are using the clause on their receipts (that no other lube place has if they're reputable) to weasel their way out of owning up to their mistakes, has really soured me on common decency. Don't go to them if you don't want to be put through this type of ordeal.
