Great Staff --- Good Service

After taking my car to a different place to get some work done I noticed something was wrong. Called Big O Tires and talked to Denis to make an appointment. He was very professional and had his team take a look at my car right away
Long story short, the other place didn't bother checking things right. Got my car back in just a bit over an hour and working perfectly fine.
Glad I came here, definitely recommend this place

Big O Tires in Frisco is Awesome ! I got an unexpected flat tire and showed up with out an appointment. They got me in right away, were fast and efficient and very friendly service! Will definitely return for all my tire needs.

Denis went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire. My car is under bumper to bumber warranty. I got a flat tire late Saturday afternoon. The dealership said it was too late to help, go to BigO. I called and Denis was so helpful and even willing to stay late to help. He did a great job with a great attitude. Thank you Denis to giving my vacation a happy ending!

See my review on Big O tires website. They SUCK. Sergio told me it would take at least 1 hour to do a front end alignment so I went to eat and came back about 45 minutes later and my vehicle was still in the parking lot. He FAILED to in form me that there was 2 cars ahead of me. This is the second time this has happened. NO SECOND CHANCES. GO TO SUMMIT AUTOMOTIVE GROUP IN SILVERTHORNE.

This is a complaint to Big-O tires that is long overdue. I purchased tires this spring in Frisco Colorado and explained that I need an all season tire that would also function well in the snow. I spent almost $1000 on four tires and was repeatedly assured that they would serve my needs. Two months later I had a flat and upon inspection the store mechanic admitted that it was faulty and the manger would do nothing to make the situation right. My woes don’t stop there. I am now living Minnesota where winter road conditions are a constant concern. To say that my tires aren’t good in the snow is an understatement. They are downright dangerous. With only a minor amount of snow on the ground I have literally slid into snow banks backing out of my driveway. As a woman I genuinely feel taken advantage of. I had clearly expressed the need for good quality tires and after paying a considerable amount was given lousy service and tires that have put me and my newborn in danger all winter long. Shame on you Big-O Tires and you can expect a letter of my disappointment soon. – Seanna Biggs

Why would a business advertise they are open on Sundays from 9am to 6pm if they are closed? I arranged my schedule to purchase tires on Sunday due to Frisco Co. location stating they were open now I'm screwed. Thanks Big O love your false advertising. Had to give a star to write my review otherwise it would be minus 10 stars.
