We recently rented bikes from Pioneer Sports and rode the Vail Pass to Frisco trail. I would HIGHLY recommend both the trail ride and Pioneer Sports. The staff is top notch, courteous & very professional. They make sure you have the correct size bike, offer a quick test ride to make sure you know how all the equipment works and a great shuttle ride up to Vail Pass. Shane was very knowledgeable about the trail, told what to watch out for and interesting places to stop along the trail. He even had some great recommendations on restaurants to stop at. Very soon after we started the ride from the pass, my 78 year old father had a spill. We called back to Pioneer to report it. The manager, Jeremy, responded back to the starting point very quickly, brought first aid supplies and even offered to refund the rental on the bike. We were very impressed with the personal service and professionalism we received fro everyone at Pioneer Sports. If you are in the Denver area, it is well worth the trip to Frisco and Pioneer.

I took the whole family to Pioneer again this year for their shuttle up Vail pass and they were super helpful. Thanks again guys, we'll see you in the winter.
