Enrolled our Grandson hoping to learn to swim in a controlled indoor environment with a trained instructor. Different Instructor each time, no continuity, the entire time the instructors were in the pool they were watching the clock, classes were scheduled 3:30 on Mondays, 3:45 on Wednesday's and 4:00 on Fridays, what is so difficult to schedule at the same time each day! The emails we seemed to get were endless, telling us instructors would not be there so there would be a change! After month of going 3 times a week he is basically where he started in the beginning.
I sent an email explaining my frustrations and the general manager called me back and I explained that I was frustrated with all the change In personnel and I had spoken with other parents who shared the same concern, all he could offer is that they all have the same training and I would still be responsible to pay for another 30 days regardless!
It is VERY apparent this facility cares about the money and nothing else!
