Provided by YP.comI have been coming here for a while to get an oil change. The last time I came the mechanic broke a piece of my vehicle and threw it in the trash. He did not know I was watching. When I questioned him about it, he lied and told me it was not needed and unnecessary. Afterwards lights came on my dash - malfunction and oil light. He could not tell me what was wrong. What business breaks a part of your vehicle, throws it in the trash and lies about it? So ridiculous!!
I'm back today for them to correct the situation. We will see how it goes. Hopefully it's a good outcome when it's all completed. So far it is the worst experience I've had with getting a simple oil change!!

Provided by YPmobileComing for 8 years, I've had oil changed ,windshield repair , 1 year prepaid car wash , many many car washes, today they changed my oil with non-synthetic when I paid for the premium when I caught him he tried to explain then he didn't change it till I should him a Video, scam artist watch out they put bad oil in!!!!

Provided by YPmobileHorrible service. I have been taking my automobile there for details and oil changes since it has opened. Last 2 visits I have had to clean my vehicle myself as nobody ever came to greet me. When I spoke with the manager about it he acted as if I was bothering him. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will not be back and I wouldn't suggest anyone else visit either

Provided by YP.comLooking at your rating, I know why I have issues. I will NEVER come back to you guys. It is ridiculous that for the past 3 years after I bought my car from the dealer that I have been going to you guys for state inspection for all 4 of my cars. I have never done anything to my car windows and this year, you failed my inspection? The car has not been brought to any tinting places nor nothing has happened to the windows since I bought the car. Again, if it failed, it would have failed 3 years ago when I first brought the car to you guys for state inspection. Why would it pass for the first 2 years and not this year? I did not see any changes in the requirement as well. I am very upset with your inconsistency and will make sure that I have nothing to do with you guys and will make sure that my friends and family as well as the community that we live in know about your bad and inconsistent service!

Provided by YP.comWorst car wash I've ever used. This used to be the only place we would get our car washed and oil changed. My husband had a good relationship with the previous manager, Daniel Peeples, and trusted his service with all 5 of our vehicles. Since Mr. Peeples left, we’ve had poor oil changes, interior/exterior washes and had our floor mat ruined by grease. After complaining of the greasy footprints left on our floor mat, we caught an employee power washing it. After an argument with the new manager he told us he would speak to corporate about replacing it. After a few days we were told that they were unable to replace the floor mat because Lexus required that they order 4 mats, which they refused to do. We ended up with a $150.00 Auto Splash gift card. I always love it when I receive bad service and the fix is a gift card for more bad service, which is what happened. Today my husband and I went to Auto Splash, using our gift card, and during the carwash the truck in front of us got stuck and we hit the back of it 3 times before the car wash was shut down. Several men walked back and forth and finally fixed the problem and guided us through. We assumed that someone would meet us at the end of the wash to talk to us about the incident but they did not. As a matter of fact they kept sending cars through as if nothing happened. We pulled over to the interior wash area to check out our vehicle. There was a lady standing outside of her car next to us who told us that the same thing had just happen to her. She said that her car kept hitting the car in front of her and she had to roll her window down and yell for help. While we were talking a manager by the name of, Angie Johnson, came over and when we tried to explain the issue to her I noticed that her attitude was dismissive and shockingly rude. She ignored us when we spoke, hardly gave us eye contact and mostly stared at her clipboard. I told her twice that she needed to shut down the car wash but she ignored me both times. We didn’t understand the reason for her attitude until she told us she did not believe that there was an incident because the car wash is equipped with Anti Collision equipment. Oh well then, we must be lying! She did not even question the employees working in the car wash that could have confirmed our story. Bottom line, neither car owner received anything close to an apology. We left mad and will not be back. Thank you for the incredible customer service Angie Johnson. I would hate to know that I trusted my company in your hands.

Provided by YP.comIf I had the choice of no stars, that is the rating I would give. I have never seen such poor customer service and downright rudeness at a place of business. When I called them out on their bad customer service, I got an eye roll and employee walked away. Never will I return.

Provided by YPmobileThis place is awful, there machine broke and I was stuck in the car was for at least 10 minutes with the brushes hiting against my car after honking but no one came to help after 10 minutes of honking they made me drive out over the rails, then the manager was completely rude and acted like nothing had happened. Bad customer service

Provided by YPmobileI wondered how a buisness could be so unorganized but I figured out how after when the woman who greeted me when I got out of the car smelled like liquior... It wasn't even noon. They could also take caution with their language with children around. I also should've mentioned to the guy following her that I speak Spanish and I don't appreciate the comments about my nice backside he made to the guy finishing up my car when he walked me there.

Provided by YP.comWe had just gotten back from the beach on Tuesday, and I asked my husband to have my car washed on Weds on his lunch break. I looked for a wash near his work and discovered Auto Splash. I saw $15 wash and vacuum and asked him to get that. When he got home he said the person who helped him didn't give him the $15 option. There are no signs posted with price so he couldn't specifically ask for the $15 wash. He said all he wanted was the wash and vacuum and was given the $25 option. I am very upset by the deceptiveness of this car wash and will never go back.
Plus I can't tell that they did any better than what I usually get. We usually go to Trademark Car wash and get the $12 wash and vacuum. They always do a great job! From now on I won't go anywhere else!!

Provided by YP.comUsed to love them but now I'll never go back. It took them 2 hours to clean my car. When I got home and went to put my mats back I noticed they didn't clean the back half of my SUV at all and I had a huge bleach spot across the back of my 3rd row that wasn't there before. I went up there to make them finish cleaning and they said they would follow up with me on the bleached out carpet. No mention of refund or paying for the damage. Almost a month later and after leaving several messages I still havebn't heard from them. My husband took his car to Mr Clean after my mess and was completely satisfied and happy with their services.

Provided by YP.comI used to use Auto Splash regularly and I usually get synthetic oil and full detail. I was the first car in that morning and I waited to be seen, after he asked me what I came to do he directed me into the bay but waited another 20min before coming to get my info. I told him I was a regular but I got new plates. long story short. The guy was rude made me wait far too long and when I gave him my info he was barely at the coputer before coming back claiming he did not find my info.. Naturally I was frustrated and I said I will just go somewhere else.. He didn't bother to care and waved me off. Later after speaking to the lube manager I got no resolution and empty promises.. Never again will they have my business nor any from the company I work for..

However the most compelling reason NOT to go to AutoSplash is I WILL NOT support a business that has a registered s*x offender on its payroll.

Provided by YP.comWe normally have a great experience with Auto Splash. However, the last time we went we waited for over 2 hours when we were promised it would take 20-30 minutes. After an hour we checked and even though the car moved into another bay it still wasn't done. The last straw was when we went outside and the car was kept running for the last hour! My hope is that they will make this right.
