I purchased 2 very expensive glasses that have had manufactorer defects and after much talk. Dr. Xu refused to replace my glasses free of charge. I know that if I go to Pearle Vision if I ever had a problem they would replace my lenses immediately, but not with Dr. Xu. (I paid over 400$ for each pair.) She is not very helpful and its frusterating because I expected better service from an upscale optometrist. She inspires no confidence in her abilities, she might well be the biggest Optometrist airhead in Texas. (My husband who has glaucoma refuses to be a patient of Dr. Xu's). Its very frusterating dealing with Dr Xu. I rather pay for 10 pairs of glasses elsewhere than to ever set foot in Bright Vision again!!
