At a time when customer service seems to be waning as a general trend, I found the staff at Custom Stone and Supply of Frisco to be just the opposite – it was a refreshing experience. They were professional, efficient, and delivered on every promise. As this was my first real paver project, I often relied on the advice and experience of staff member, Jorge Tapia. He listened to all of my concerns and was extremely helpful, patient, and insightful with realistic advice. Even though I was a relatively small client, he made me feel that my project and my satisfaction were important. I wish more business demonstrated the kind of concern for customer satisfaction that CSS of Frisco does. I recommend them for anyone in the market for pavers, stone, or rock.
