I went in to Cute Nail for the first time because they are very close to my house. I asked for gel nails and within 3 hours of leaving two had peeled completely off!

By the next morning two more…GONE! I went back the next day and asked Kelly to fix them. She was very sweet and fixed all four without charging me. I have had gel nails several times and I have always been told the nails must be clean or else the polish will have a hard time sticking to the nail. I have never had any issue in the past. When Kelly was fixing my nails I noticed she left some of the “dust” from filing my nails around my nail and cuticle. I asked her to clean it off, that from my past experience at other nail salons they would ALL really clean up around the nail. Kelly told me, that’s not true it should stick just fine, and she proceeded to polish my nails. The young girl next to her also assured me I should be fine. Well I wasn’t fine, before going to bed I lost two of the ones she had just fixed! I went to Envy Nails and Spa, in Frisco off Preston Rd. they took off all the gel and started over (same brand and color I had before) I have had NO trouble at all!!!

I will go out of my way to NOT go back to Cute Nail!!!
