I went in in a Sunday with severe knee pain .waited less than 10 minutes to be called in , I was even offered a wheel chair and immediately taken to x rays room . Afterwards I was taken to the examination room where a nurse practitioner brought the results of x rays, carefully examined my knee and recommend several treatment options .All the staff were extremely nice friendly professional and efficient: no time lost at all ! They even gave me a discount card to use at the pharmacy. I was very impressed with the environment. And very pleased with the kindness of the people handling my problem. I will definitely recommend the place , and use it again if needed ! Thank you all for a job well done !

Our family seems to move out-of-state every 2 - 4 years so we rely on walk in clinics quite a bit. We actually used a different facility at first but when my husband became very sick on Christmas Eve, we found this facility and from that day forward, we haven't looked back. The staff was, and continues to be, very patient, accommodating, professional and yet very empathetic all at the same time. Also, since we haven't been here too long, if a diagnosis requires a follow up beyond their scope, the staff always provides recommendations for us.

I am very impressed with the staff and facility. The receptionist/administrative lady was very sweet and quick, the doctor and nurses were very kind, caring and did a fabulous job of taking care of me. I definitely commend how great and efficient they work here. Thank you all so much and God bless you all!!!

I called other urgent cares to see what kind of wait they had and they were so rude to me on the phone. When I came to this one, everyone was so sweet. I was seen immediately by the Dr and I was out of there so quickly. Great experience

This is our third time here, and as always the experience is fantastic, The entire staff are exceptional and provide excellent care. When I bring my wife here, I know she is in the best place.

Everyone was extremely helpful. I was greeted, listened to, and taken back to examination within 2 minutes. The doctor discussed the options with me and we came to an agreement about my care. The other nurses and staff were attentive, informative, and pleasant. It was a great experience (or as great as it can be when you have to visit a care facility).

everyone was awesome and provided with outstanding care and customer service. i was feeling really sick and the excellent doctor took the time to talk with me regarding the test and blood work. From the time i checked Tim was so professional, caring, and compassionate a complete difference from other ER'S. Rhonda is top notch, she is so good at what she does. i appreicated how she cleaned and accessed my port, She is so seasoned. Troy is excellent and always asked me if i needed anything nice guy. Jeff was so wonderful and caring. Dr. Dharamsi is God sent he assured me that i did not have anything going on that was critical. He got my pain and nausea under control. i have a peace of mind regarding my abdominal pain. i trusted his results and he explained everything so clearly. He has an EXCELLENT team and they all work so well together. They provided me with TOP OF THE LINE custimer service. Thank you guys so much and i will tell others about the great service that you guys provided me.
