I have used this particular franchise since I purchased my 2006 Nissan Murano in December of 2006. I was hesitant at first, because I was under the impression that all of Firestone stores were not ethical. This one broke the mold. I don't know if it is the owner or the manager (Mr. James Cargile) who makes the difference, but I have been met with only honesty since I first walked in. The 2nd or 3rd time I was there, one of the clerks ran after me and said that they had charged me incorrectly, and she refunded me some cash. They are also close to half to 3/4ths the cost that my dealer charges me on non-general maintenance issues (like routine manufacture 12k, 24k, 30k...type programs).

Now, on the other hand, when it comes to OTHER Firestone stores, I can not comment except for one in Plano at Park Blvd and Ohio. I had taken my 1994 Nissan Maxima , the service tech guy claimed that my steering wheel was badly leaking oil and needed repair! After they spoke with one of my family members, they understood that there was NO leak, they were trying to commit fraud. I decided to take it to another vendor, who cleared it for inspection later that day. That was an unethical Firestone store.



But thus far, for the last coming on 7 years, everyone at the Frisco (Preston & Lebanon store) has been courteous, professional, honest and great listeners.
