NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER SEEN. THE RECEPTIST JAMIE IS RUDE!!! NEVER SAY SORRY WHEN THEY SEND TO WRONG LOCATION FOR MY PRESCRIPTION!!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! OVER ONE YEAR, STILL NEVER FIX MY TOE WART. RECENTLY, MY FRIEND DID AT ANOTHER DR FOR ONE TREATMENT, THAT'S IT! IT'S DONE. VERY DISAPPOINTMENT :(

I admit that after reading some online reviews I almost did'nt go to my appointment. Now that I have been I feel stronly enough to write a review of my own.

They gave me an appointment on the same day I called. The staff treated me as if they cared. They actually took the time to explain my insurance. I had to wait a little longer than expected but I was a work in so I'll except that. Dr. Li took the time to explain all my options In the end I purchased a product from her own line and it has worked wonders treating my extremely dry skin that medicine has not helped with in the past.

I would recommend you give this office a chance.
