Provided by YP.comTheir service department needs a thorough culling. SLOVENLY, HORRIBLE, POINTLESS, and IRREVERENT. And honestly, the brand is going down the tube anyway so it isn't a tragedy.
I asked for a service, and was given a time a week in the future. Fair enough.
I turn the car over to them the night before so they could service it and state inspect it from a cool engine. And I got a standard diagnostic quota for a used vehicle: Five problems, 2 days to fix them. FIVE DAYS LATER I WAS INFORMED that the vehicle wouldn't pass inspection because it 'needed to be driven'
(sidebar: I do not believe they, the dealership, couldn't simply reset it themselves)
to reset the internal clock, and I was assured that if I did that then it would be a simple matter of bringing it in A FURTHER WEEK LATER to perform the inspection. I proceed to do so. I bring it in, and they inform me regrettably that although the vehicle passed emissions, it did not pass safety, which implies that they DID NOT DO A THOROUGH CHECK OF THE VEHICLE BEFORE SENDING ME ON MY WAY.
(sidebar: they also lied to me that a working rear wiper was required on vehicles with a vertical rear windscreen for state inspection, it isn't)
They then tell me, politely, that I am welcome to schedule another appointment (ANOTHER WEEK LATER) to fix that problem.
TALLY: 320 miles spent *attempting* to service this vehicle.
TALLY: FOUR WEEKS spent jerking me around.
TALLY: THREE TWO-VEHICLE TRIPS TO FRISCO to drop of and pick up my vehicle.
FACILITIES NOTE: They had to *order* every part that my vehicle needed, they didn't have any in stock.
FURTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE NOTE: YOU WILL NOT SPEAK TO THE ACTUAL MECHANIC. YOU WILL SPEAK TO A SERVICE REP, AND THE PAIR DEMONSTRABLY DO NOT COMMUNICATE VERY FREQUENTLY.

Provided by YPmobileI have been searching for a new Range Rover for a while. After speaking with David the salesperson we got the British royal treatment upon arriving. David sat with us and went over all the details of the vehicle. We took a brief drive over the test track then out on the road. When we came back I asked him if he needs to do the typical ask your manager; his response " I'm
Your guide and will take you thru the whole process". I have purchased many high end vehicles yet never been treated this well. Tracy the Finance Mgr was very detailed and even explained extended warranty options and why we should lease instead of buying. Wasn't a fan of lease in the past but saving thousands of dollars it made sense because we trade every 3 years anyway. David introduced me later to Fred my advisor for additional service. We spent close to an hour on the truck but well worth it! So much great technology. If you want a pleasant experience go see the good folks up in Frisco. I give two thumbs up and over all the best high line experience I have ever had.

Provided by YP.comAfter hunting for and finding the exact Range Rover we wanted at the Frisco dealer, my wife and I came into the Frisco store with money in our pockets to purchase the Evoque for an agreed price, no problem there. We had decided earlier to trade in our current 2012 4x4 Mini Countryman, 13Kmi, one that is fully equipped to the highest degree, wholesale/trade in values and having checked auction values through a friend knew what we had to 'gift' the dealer with. (We did not tell them beforehand that we decided to use the Mini for a reduction of taxes and did not need extra above payoff $$ for the car.) We were offered six thousand dollars less than actual trade in value, and less than a Mercedes Dealer offered us only a week prior... when I just happened to find this Rover, the one we wanted. Ok, granted, the dealer (SlsMgr) wanted a deal, okay... & we were willing to bite the bullet and let them have it for less than payoff. But the 'new' salesman came back and sadly said the SM is mad... very mad, he doesn't want to deal! So, I said bring him out of his office and let's talk it through... the guy would not budge... said no deal would not come out and talk. Salesman did not want me to go to his office... weird and weirder.
I have bought so many cars in my life that I can easily and without hesitation put this experience up there with the worst of them, of which now number 4 in 51 years.
You want a Ford or Dodge or Yugo purchasing experience, go to this place. You want to be insulted and dealt with as an idiot/ fool/ lower than low.... this is the place for you.
The Evoque was perfect and now they can do you know what with it.
