I ordered a cake over the phone and told the manager (he said he's also the owner) I wanted it to say "happy birthday billy" he spelled Billy back correctly to me several times to make sure. When I went to pickup the cake they were apparently supposed to show it to me and they did not open the box. I had told them it said happy birthday Billy and they immediately grabbed it and handed it to me. I was in a hurry but when I arrived at my destination I opened it and it said "happy birthday Biloy" I called and asked to speak with the manager. He informed me my cake said "Billy" and I was lying. I took pictures and showed him on Monday it did not. He told me he wrote billy on the cake and then when I showed him the pictures he changed his story and said that I told him to write "Biloy". He told me they don't have a refund button on their machine to give me a refund (that was a lie) I asked for corporates number and he told me there wasn't one. I then informed him I would look it up and speak with them about this and he immedielty started telling me the number. I said thank you I'll call them right now, he then tells me that they close at 4:00 (also a lie). He didn't want me to call in front of him so he lied about their hours. All I wanted was a discount of some sort because the cake I ordered had the wrong name. The manager who apparently is also the owner decided he wanted to lie to me about it. I refuse to give my business to people who are going to lie and not take responsibility for their actions.
