Since medicare did not cover the doctor I had been seeing for several years, my primary care doctor suggested I see dr. jasbir dhawan....I called for an appointment, could not be seen for something like 6 weeks; I asked if I would be ok not taking my thyroid meds for that length of time and was told the doctor was in with a patient.....when I asked couldn't she be asked and let me know, and was told the same thing.....again I asked my question, adding couldn't the doctor be asked my question and call me back......they said yes.......this was at least 1 1/2 years ago......to this day, they have not called me back. Needless to say, I did not keep the appointment and they have been billing me continuously for their copay since that day, although I have told them why I did not keep the appointment and they should not expect payment since they couldn't be bothered with answering my question.......Shirley Young

Terrible "service." If you don't have Medicare, the billing office guy will stalk you all over the office. Literally. If you want to be treated like a criminal with a 420 credit score and are willing to wait an hour to see the Dr. for less than 5 minutes, go here.
