They lowered our rates by 30% and even gave us free supplies. The review by Paul S seems so different than our experience. He was here when promised and had us set up two days earlier than promised. He even gave us the ability to take credit cards out in the field at no extra cost.
I asked him about this review after reading it. He was using a third party and they caused the problem. He no longer uses them because of the issues.

We were promised a credit on our monthly minimum for 5 months with the old company if we switched our processing to this company. After 8 months and various emails from the Vice President of Sales saying they would issue a credit it was never done. He even said "I am a man of my word and will take care of this issue." They also signed us up for an extra service 2 separate times even after asking them not to in writing. We had to fight to get our credits back on that issue. Needless to say we have cancelled our service with this company and would not recommend them to anyone. Horrible customer service.
