Top notch care!

I felt like Eileen cared about me which never happens at other urgent care places
I didn't feel like just another patient. Thank you Eileen

From the time we walked in, to the time we left, the experience was top tier! I took my son in for a school physical and had to bring his younger siblings. The receptionist, nurse, and doctor all took time to to engage them and make them feel welcome, on top of making my son feel comfortable. My family has been here a few times now, and it’s always fantastic!

We have been there 3 times in the last 3 days due to my girlfriend not feeling well, her sons physical for school then my turn to not feel well. Our first time at Prime Choice and all three experiences were great. Dr. Shah is outstanding as are the nurses and front desk.

I don’t usually write reviews, but in this case I had to from the moment, I walked in the receptionist was super friendly, and the doctor and nurse were so kind and understanding I would recommend this Urgent Care to my family and friends. they truly understand what a great customer service is!!! ??????????
