Took a purse to the Stonebriar location to be cleaned. They said it would be ready last Saturday. Went in yesterday and they said it was at their Collin Creek location, it wasn't finished yet. I told them, Collin Creek is closer for me, and to leave it there when it's done. Went to Collin Creek today, purse wasn't there, it was back at Stonebriar. I drove back to Stonebriar, and apparently they decided to re-dye the leather on it. Nice thought, but it bled onto the suede. I was already mad about all the driving around, and I just lost it with the dye stains. The man behind the counter got grumpy with me and started to clean off the dye from the suede with a brush. He continued to lecture me that I had no right to get mad because he did a nice thing doing more than I asked (just clean the purse). He got most of the dye off. When I asked him why he didn't clean the spots off in the first place, he was just going to send it home with me all covered in dye, he responded that he was a professional that has been doing this for 16 years. 16 years and you can't see that you got dye all over my purse??? I've previously had the same purse cleaned at Willowbend Mall's shoe place. A little more expensive, but totally worth it!
