Provided by YP.comHorrible Billing team and customer service. Beware of going to this place. I went to this place in Sep 2017 and for my deductible, my online banking system accidentally sent two duplicate checks. I spent 20 + hours in phone with Solis , calling countless times over the last 8 months and till date, they have not refunded the payment. I filed BBB complaint and pathetically even BBB couldn't get any answer from them. BEWARE!!! Bad business practices and billing company.

Provided by YP.comdon't set your expectations to high on a payment plan request... the CS here was not even considerate on why you are doing such request... whatever amount it is, they should not even raise an eyebrow for seeking an option to pay what you owe them... this is the first time I experienced this treatment, have not had it with any other medical institutions especially in Frisco, Texas... better not be sick and be here, ANNApple a day will keep your patients away....
