The customer service at this place sucks. For the kind of prices they charge you'd expect better customer service. The only reason I went to this studio is because I purchased a group on deal. Even with the deal it was really pricey. I wasn't very happy with my pics and when I tried to work something out with them since they give you a "100% guarantee", they said they would call and let me know what they can do. It's been a week and I'm still waiting on the call back. Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
