I placed an order online tonight. After an hour I called to check in the order. Without asking my name or my address the lady said oh yes it will be right there- he is on his way. Then she asked me for my CC number so that she could charge me for the food. I told her I had given my CC number online and she claimed it didnt go through. When I asked why they didnt call me she said they didnt have time it was too busy. I told her instead she could just cancel my order and I would never order from there again and would be placing a negative review online. She said okay I am sorry. I asked her if they has even started my food- she said oh I am sorry. Which means no- they had not even started my order, much less "being on its way" She made no attempt to make things right or to keep me as a customer. Then when I looked at my bank account I saw they hard charged my CC. I had to call back and was told it would be refunded in a few hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Its a MONDAY night. There are plenty of other places in town with good thai food. try Best Thai.
