Called to get some prices and was greeted with a very loud "HELLLOOO" like it killed the women to answer the phone, asked if this was the storage unit company and her response was "YEA" told her never mind that was rude! A minute or so later the women proceeded to call me back and ask me what the hell I said to her! Rudest customer service I've ever dealt with! I get better service at McDonald's!
