Upon my subsequent dealings with Mrs. Brown she seemed very caring, at first , however; quickly jumped to conclusions that were untrue. She labeled the persons in her own mind as something they were not to the point of using negative reinforcement upon those who were trying to correct the certain situation at hand. As a mental health professional i feel she should have been more descerning and open-minded where these things were concerned. Her ideas greatly influenced individuals into believing that certain acts developed that were untrue. Not only did she jump to conclusions about one party but was all over the board accusing everyone of something at one point in time and then another. People have suffered emotionally at the judgement she placed upon everyone. I had a very negative experience with her and feel she needs to improve on her methods of cognative behavioral therapy, speech reinforcement, imagery, or any other method she may use. People have suffered emotionally due to her.
