I am new to the area and scheduled my routine cleaning at All Smiles, as they are in my dental insurance network. Like the other two reviewers, I was shocked when I was told I had FOUR cavities. I actually called my husband in tears, as I am scared of needles and was dreading the work. My husband was immediately suspicious since my last cleaning had only been six months prior and urged me to get a second opinion. I scheduled an appointment at Apple Valley Dental and didn't tell them about Dr. Hearne's "diagnosis". They did an exam, took x-rays and didn't see any "shadows" to indicate cavities. In fact, they told me my teeth look great and to keep up the good work. I am livid that Dr. Hearne was going to drill into my mouth unnecessarily and cost me money, pain, and eventually a tooth - for those that don't know, every time you have dental work done, you compromise the tooth a little bit more. I am reporting him to VDHP.

I've been going to this office since I was a kid. Dr. Hearne is a very professional dentist and makes your feel welcome and relaxed. Roxanne is a wonderful hygentist. She is great with my little ones and is friendly and great to work with. She loves to sing and enjou the music and realy puts you at ease. I highly recommend All Smiles Dentistry.

I had not been to the dentist in years when finally had to break down and go because I coudn't put it off any longer. I enjoyed the personalities of Dr. Hearne and his staff. They took their time with me and actually made the visit somewhat enjoyable, bear in mind I have a phobia of dentists! I can see however if someone was a little uptight that this might not be the place for them! I give 4 stars overall, and will continue to use Dr. Hearne as my dentist.

I've been a patient at this office for 3 years and I'm leaving. I have had concerns about the cleanliness of the office but continued anyway. I had a cleaning recently with a Dental Hygienist named Roxanne who was the most unprofessional person I've ever had work with me. She was very rough and I had pain for 2 days following the appointment. She played her music and sang very loudly the whole time, she even hit me ith her arm several times while dancing in her seat. She left to get Dr. Hearne and returnd with them both reeking of tobacco. My teenage son was next for a cleaning and he said she sang, danced, bounced her breasts off his head and openly flirted with him which made him very uncomfortable. I did return for one filling and decided then to change dentists. Dr. Hearne had very red eyes and smelled faintly of alcohol. He and his assistant argued during the entire procedure and even used foul language. I am considering calling the Better Businees Bureau about this.
