Today was the first and last time i will use this car wash. I pulled into the car wash bay and the bay attendant asked if my atenna unscrewed. I told him no, it's motorized and the motor doesn't work. I asked him if it would be ok and he said yeah it will be fine. I got half way through the car wash when i noticed my atenna was bent down and broken. I pulled out of the bay and asked one of the workers for a manager. He said he was the manager. I told him about the atenna and he said there is nothing we can do for you. He offered to take my info down but told me that it was pointless because they won't help me. He pointed to the sign that said if your car is over 7 years old with more than 150,000 miles they won't replace anything damaged. I understand the sign but the kid working the entrance of the bay should have said there is no guarantee that your antenna will make it. I told the "manager" to tell the kid at the entrance that he needs to change his speech and let people know there car might get damaged. Also, everyone working there looked 20 or younger. Maybe the owner should make an appearance more often and train these "kids" better. I will tell my friends to stay away from this place.
