We took our cats to this hospital for 5 years. In January of 2010, we left our kitten for a routine spay. Her surgery ended at 1145 am. At 2:30 pm we were told her surgery went well and she was waking up fine. At 4:40 pm, the vet (KP) writes, she is unresponsive in her cage. KP did not treat our kitten, KP did not call us to tell us our kitten needed care. Instead, they turned off the lights and left our kitten to die alone and in the dark. I would never take another pet to this hospital. We should have been notified that she was not waking up well and we would have taken her to an overnight clinic for emergency care.
