after being told I would qualify for an apartment, placing a $250, and jumping through all kinds of hoops to get all paperwork done, I was told at the last minute that I didn't qualify. Unless you already are on public assistance, I wouldn't even bother applying. I will be making a formal complaint to HUD.

Almost none of the manitance work that needs done ever gets done, there is a constant problem with bedbugs and now roaches. Low income is great, but just BC you struggle to get by you shouldn't have to deal with pest that could harm you or your children.
