I would like to aplogize for the bad reviews 4 to 9 years ago. My father Chuck had this company for 53 years. His health had failed as well as the company. My husband & I suceeded on building our customer service. We appreciate everyone of our customers & strive to continue to meet their needs.

I wish the person that had a complaint would have called. We try our best to satisfy all our customers. On an occasion we have a miss understanding between out techs and customers. I will always investigate and try to resolve any issues that you might have. Patty

I've used Chucks for years. Never had any problems. They helped me fix problems by phone.

When these guys finally showed up (3 hours late), they said nothing was wrong and left. They were at my home for 10 minutes at most. The problem returned the next day. I just got a bill in the mail for the 'service call' during which they did nothing - $70.00! Really??

I have used their service multiple times but this year has been the final straw. Whenever you call you never get a real person, only an answering machine telling you to leave a message and they will call you back as soon as possible. Only they never call you back. If you want a specific service, such as winterizing your irrigation system, then you are to leave your address, etc. and they will put you on the schedule. The problem is they don't tell you when they will be coming to perform that service. If they come at a time inconvenient to you, then you are out of luck because getting them back out there is next to impossible. You call and call and only get the answering machine. I'm done doing business with someone who doesn't seem to want to do business in a professional manner.

Called Chucks to have them come and see what was going on with my system that they installed, I was told there were backed up but would be out the following Monday or Tuesday, no followup phone call, I called them on Monday afternoon and left message, on Tuesday Patty called me back not sure what was going on, she was to call me back right away she didn't. I have wasted a week waiting for them to help me, they have very poor customer service and I can't even give them one star!

We had Chucks install a sprinker system in our home in 1996, since then we have had some problems and they have never answered phone calls, they say they will be here on a certain day, they don't show up. They don't care about customer service at all, once they install a system they ignore you from then on. They are rude, not responsive to customer needs.
