old food?

Pretty upset. Got nachos, cold... stale chips, my drink was watered down... not ok...

Mixed up order

How can you put dairy products in a meal when the customer states at least 3 or more times to not use cheese or sour cream etc? We stopped by in the midst of a road trip as we could not find a preferred eatery. Somehow the order got messed up and twisted. The one good thing was the friendly staff that refunded the order.
