Urgent care can provide fast, walk-in (appointment-free) treatment for minor injuries and illnesses, in addition to other services. Some people use urgent care when they can't get in to see their regular doctor or when they don't have a regular doctor. Our services include care for minor illnesses such as ear infections, sore throats, fevers, coughs, respiratory illness, vomiting, diarrhea, and urinary infection; minor injuries such as fractures, sprains, and lacerations; minor work injuries; and follow-up for suture removals or wound checks. We also offer sports physicals, as well as onsite x-ray and lab testing. When you have an immediate need or can't get in to see your doctor, just walk in - no appointment is necessary.

My husband & I had been going to St. Luke's Family. The Nurse Practitioner we had been seeing was either very overworked or unable to multi task or possibly both. She seemed nice, but was not thorough.

Our biggest issue had been getting our medication filled, but believe me there were plenty of other problems . It had taken as long as 10 business days to have them refilled. We both have chronic conditions, so it wasn't like we needed refills on vitamins.

The lack of professionalism with the office staff is unacceptable. I could go on forever. I do caution anyone who is considering going to this clinic.

After surgery my mom called with concerns about the fact that I could not eat anything without horrible pain. They called her back right before close and left a message that they could call in anti-nausea meds if she called them back (well she couldn't till the next day because they were closed). She called the next day to see about having the prescription called in and it took them two days to return the phone call, meanwhile I was fortunate enough to know someone that had some on hand and was finally able to eat after almost a week. Then I scheduled my follow-up appointment. I sat for over an hour, watch 2 sets of people come and go before walking out because I had to be home to pick my daughter up from the bus. The lady who checked me in had no customer service skills and I don't even think she looked up from the computer once while she was asking me questions. overall very dissatisfied.

Beware. My husband went here for an annual wellness check which is covered by our insurance. When he went in to schedule they asked if he would like to get started with the paperwork and they could give him a flu shot. Then he scheduled his annual wellness check and went to that. When we received the bill, we were shocked to be billed for two medical checks for asthma. They told me since he mentioned that he had asthma it wasn't a wellness check. I told them if they treat asthma by asking general questions and giving a flu shot that's terrible. The manager and a person from the billing office said they would waive all fees except lab fees which I paid. A few months later we started getting collection calls for the full amount. I called and went in many more times to resolve the situation and was told that the appointment was now billed as a “new patient” appointment and we could talk to the collection agency. We have almost perfect credit and are appalled at the whole situation.
